Working Principle
Utilizing graphite’s high-temperature resistance, good thermal conductivity, and strong chemical inertness, it absorbs heat through conduction and radiation during metal smelting and transfers it to the internal metal. Simultaneously, it isolates impurities and protects the melt, achieving both melting and heat preservation.
Core Performance
1. High Temperature Resistance: Withstands temperatures from 1200 to 2000℃ without deformation or melting.
2. Rapid Thermal Conductivity: Heates quickly and evenly, reducing localized overheating.
3. Chemical Stability: Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion; does not react with most non-ferrous metals.
4. Thermal Shock Resistance: Resistant to rapid heating and cooling, preventing cracking.
5. Good Strength: Maintains sufficient structural strength even at high temperatures.
6. Long Service Life: More durable than ordinary ceramic crucibles.
